This
is a product which is to add only beauty
to your home décor, of course it is one
of the many natural products made with
the nature of our world.
The
hardwood floor companies make these
products with care and precise
measurements to ensure that every piece
is of the natural beauty the way it was
intended to be when trees where grown.
To
add to this, there are enormous
colors and grades for the
hardwood to come, but the final decision
and the final look that you want in your
home is up to you . We as a company can
have our trained personal to help you
along with your choice by telling you
all that needs to be said about hardwood
floors.

Now on the technical side of this product there are of course do's and don'ts in all things we put in our homes to help us along with our decisions. The hardwood floors require a lot of careful thinking before we install them like
before we install a hardwood
floor we need to have control of
humidity in our home. We also need to
put down a vapor barrier on the floor
before the hardwood is installed. This
is done to ensure that any humidity
coming from a basement will not go
through the hardwood floors after it is
installed. This will stop any humidity
from coming up through he bottom of the
floor ( if this is not done the humidity
could
and will cause the wood to buckle
in the spring, summer and fall
and in the winter the wood will
contract thus leaving big cracks in the
floor) Now when the wood buckles this
could cause it to split in the center of
the pieces and also ruin the protective
varnish coating.
The
hardwood
we keep in stock thus having 1
coat of sealer baked on by laser and
then followed by 9 coats of aluminum
oxide varnish. This aluminum oxide is
one of the most resilient sources of
varnish that we could put on a hardwood
to finish it and keep it looking
like new for a long period of time all
hardwood having this finish should have
a 25 year warrantee against peeling and
cracking of the varnish. This varnish
again makes it very hard to scratch the
floor as things will slide instead of
digging into the wood product.
